Cancellation by Site/Customer
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by contacting our Care staff via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
When your order is dispatched and you want to cancel it, you can refuse to accept it when the courier agent arrives to deliver it to you.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will return the amount you paid after deducting the payment gateway charges (usually 2%).
If you cancel your order after it has been sent, we will reimburse the amount after deducting payment gateway charges (usually 2%) and courier charges (as determined by your area).
The refund will appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing period.
If we detect a fraudulent transaction by a customer or if a transaction violates the website’s terms and conditions, we may cancel such orders at our sole discretion. We shall keep a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and limit access to them or reject any orders they place.
Returns
If the supplied goods are broken, expired, or not what you ordered, you may return them within two (2) calendar days. Please provide an unpacking video of the parcel you received from us for this order to assist us in understanding whether the delivered parcel was damaged, expired, or different.
To record an unboxing video, point your smartphone or other camera device at the parcel while you unwrap it and take out the ordered items. Then you may check the expiry date and condition of the product to see if it is in the expected condition.
Returns are only accepted and processed if all of the following conditions are met:
Undamaged Condition: The product cannot have been damaged while in your ownership.
Correct Item: The product must match the one that was originally supplied to you, with no alterations or substitutes.
Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and any included accessories.
*If the product you receive does not match what you ordered, do not attempt to break the seal or open it.
Please ensure that all conditions are completed so that the return procedure runs smoothly.
Refunds
When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and tell you. We will tell you of the status of your refund once we have inspected the item.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your account (or the original payment method). You should receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s regulations. Alternatively, if you choose, we can retain your money in the Cureka E-Wallet.
